WebReq Incidents are used to record non-financial information against a Purpose (Site or Job); a Supplier or supplied item (Purchase Order Line).
Incidents can be used to track issues requiring multiple parties to perform various tasks. Track who has done what and see what is still outstanding.

- Track warranties against purchased items.
