Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated Primary Consultant who has in-depth knowledge of the site. Dealing direct with your Primary Consultant ensures individual service and a faster response than calling a central help desk. Each Primary Consultant is supported by a backup team of experienced Workbench consultants.

Our ongoing support services include:

  • Site visits
  • Telephone responses to questions on standard functionality
  • Remote Dial-in assistance
  • Assistance in setting up and/or training in any aspects of functionality
  • Modifying or developing reports
  • Modifying the system to address additional requirements
  • Software upgrades and Technical Tasks
  • Optional annual review of your system and its use
  • Recommendations for possible enhancements to the system
  • Advice about additional functionality
